I waited 30 minutes for John to click the links to the trade-in vehicles that were appraised by two other dealers for 34K. They offered less than 28K. I expressed my dissatisfaction to John via an email that he forwarded to the used car sales manager who ironically called me as I was writing this review. He refused to give me his name, told me "to get a life," and hung up the phone on me. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
