The worst service I ever had. I got a flat tire on my way to work and had my car towed there, they replaced my tire with a new one and told me it was ready. Start my 45 minute dri I got a flat tire on my way to work and had my car towed there, they replaced my tire with a new one and told me it was ready. Start my 45 minute drive home over the bridge and on the turnpike to find out the “new” tire they gave me had a broken stem and was flat - called them back since this happened within 20 minutes of me picking my car up and Chris told me I could either wait on the side of the turnpike for two hours or use an air pump to drive back over the bridge with my flat tire. Then accused me of hitting something and told me he would absolutely not be issuing a refund under no circumstances. Receipt says they did a maintenance check of my car and tires/wheels so you think they would have caught this right? Not according to their manager. Shady business and trash customer service. More
