My experience with Carman Ford New Castle,DE was an awesome one. Mike was beyond exceptional. He made the process so smooth and painless. Greg was so nice and attentive to every need and want I had in a car! Even when plans changed last minute and I went with a different car he was flexible and so helpful. Took my Ford flex to this dealer for service aftet the dealer I bought the car from couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and being told by Ford that I could take the car to any Ford dealer. What th dealer I bought the car from couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and being told by Ford that I could take the car to any Ford dealer. What they neglected to tell me is I would have to pay $978 in labor cost to install a $25 part for a problem that was on going and unable to be fixed by the previous dealer. They kept my car for a week and didn't have any loaner vehicles available which then led to another $1300 in rental car fees. I was stuck because the car was not running and they conveniently waited until after it was already towed there to tell me there were diagnostic fees which was about $500 because it appears Ford mechanics struggle to diagnose their products. More
