From the moment I walked into the showroom I felt like I was family. Todd greeted me first and then everyone was so pleasant as my friend and I walked around the showroom. I honestly came in with my friend and had no intention of buying. However, I had a convertible and although I loved it a lot I knew I had to downsize. Greg was awesome! From the moment he said hello to today! I felt so comfortable there. As I was sitting at Greg's desk other employees came to visit the desk. Everyone was awesome! I would recommend this dealership and especially Greg to anyone I come in contact with. Carman's Service Dept. takes great care of me and my vehicle every single time I need them. I purchased my Navigator in 2004 and have had it serviced with Carman every 5,000 miles ever since then. Whene vehicle every single time I need them. I purchased my Navigator in 2004 and have had it serviced with Carman every 5,000 miles ever since then. Whenever I have a problem, I call my service representative, Steve Hudson, and he takes care of me right away. Steve knows my name and takes my call every time - I am never put off. He goes to great lengths to explain things to me and work around my schedule to get my vehicle back on the road. In the rare cases when Steve was not available, Tom has been the one I can rely on for excellent care. He also goes out of his way to keep me informed and make sure that I am well cared for. The receptionist is always pleasant and helpful, no matter how many times I call during the day to check on the status of my vehicle or when the shuttle will be available. Bob has driven the shuttle all these years and is almost like a family friend. The shuttle service is indispensible in getting me to and from work even though my vehicle is in the shop. This relationship is very important to me. I look at Steve and Tom and Bob like friends who help me anytime I'm in trouble. The facilities in the Service Department are very clean and comfortable with all the ammenities, so you don't mind spending time there if you decide to wait for your vehicle to be serviced. If I purchase a new vehicle, I wouldn't want to leave my Service Team, so I'd go back to Carman to buy the vehicle - it's that important to me. More

As browsers he still showed us around the service department as if we had already bought the SUV. Patience and easy going was the salesman. But the test drive was the deal breaker. And because the process of buying a car is lenghty he brought us tea and shared his turkey & chesse sub with us. More

The reason I am sharing My sales experience at CARMAN is the Escape I purchased was in Immaculate condition with very low milage not to mention a price that could not be beat. This black on black leather loaded suv was just like new, one owner trade in. I was so pleased with the test drive and the no pressure salesman I just hade to purchase it. The salesman was the most curtious, knowledgeable and caring about my needs as a customer that I have ever encountered. I took my time and got the most for my money.I could not help but to feel as if I purchased a brand new vehicle. All of the employees that I encountered from sales to finance to a tour of the service department was the most professional and warm overall experience I have ever encountered Including meeting the owner. The owner went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and was working just as hard as everyone else, what an example He set. No wonder CARMAN has so many repeat customers I would encourage any one looking to buy new or used no matter what you are looking for to stop in and take a tour of the largest inventory of cars and trucks around.I am extreamily happy with my purchase.
