The Dealership and salesman did an outstanding job. They were friendly and attentive. They did not try to pressure me into anything. For the friendliest, most knowledgeable Service Writers and most well trained and expert service technicians, I can’t recommend Carmen Ford highly enough! The Service Manager, John Henry, hires only the m and most well trained and expert service technicians, I can’t recommend Carmen Ford highly enough! The Service Manager, John Henry, hires only the most talented Service Writers and Technicians; he does not "suffer fools gladly" and cleans out any dead wood. The Service Writer I use is Ron Culley. He has the most loyal following although the other Writers are excellent as well. Ron always keeps me informed as to what service my cars and trucks require and updates me during service in case anything else needs replaced or repaired. His quotes are usually the same asthe final bill, he is that good. I always do as he advises and I've had several vehicles run well past the 200,000-mile mark. I have a 20+ year relationship with Carmen Ford (sales and service-we have bought seven vehicles from them) and would not think of gong anywhere else. "Carmen Ford, driven by the best" is there motto. I would add that they are serviced by the best! More
Only complaint is each time I called the dealership, it took 15 to 18 rings for someone to pick up the phone. The staff was friendly and helpful with great follow up. I have always found the staff at the Carmean delalerships to be the most attentive and knowlegable of any I have dealt with over the years. We went to Carman for two reasons: first, they have a great "word-of-mouth" reputation for great service and friendliness. second, they advertized a fantastic price on a MKT that we have been wanting to great "word-of-mouth" reputation for great service and friendliness. second, they advertized a fantastic price on a MKT that we have been wanting to buy. Unfortunately, the one with the options we wanted had an exterior and interior color we did not like. Andrew and Melanie spent 3 days calling an out-of-state dealer who had one with the colors we wanted. And they got it for us! Melanie is a very personable new salesperson who is still learning all the ropes. We had a few bumps in the road during the buying process, but with her friendliness and caring all worked out well. We are very happy with our purchase and would definately recommend the Carman dealership to anyone. More
The salesman at Carman went above and beyond customer service, even going next door to get coffee for me at Dunkin Donuts. I saw this car on line and decided to take a ride down there just to check it out. one thing led to another we bought the car and every thing so far has been a pleasnt experience. The only problem being after about having it for about 1 month I had the drivers side headlight go out on me and just a few days ago I had the passenger side go out on me. Both times I returned the vehicle to the dealership and to my surprise they were nice enough to take care of it for me, so there was no out of pocket money except for the bridge tolls, but I'm very happy with CARMAN Ford - Lincoln. thank you very much Ed Nixon More
