He was amazing. He promptly assessed our repairs and worked us up with, what I considered to be, a fair quote. They provided us with transportation back home to make this as painless as possible. When calling in to set up a return time for the shuttle to pick us up, I dealt with Ginger. She too was very pleasant and helpful. When I returned to pick up the car, I was amazed at how nicely done the work was. Again we spoke with Pat and Bob and their cheerfulness and great attitudes were very comforting. Our overall experience here was better than I could have imagined. My hat's off to the entire staff at the Carman Body shop. More

Glen Brood generously provided the time to answer all my questions and demoed the features I was interested in without any pressure to close the deal. I also had the opportunity to meet the Manager, Larry Giaciano and some of the service people! I shouldn't have been surprised that nothing since 1999 had changed.
