We were not pressured and were treated with respect. Todd and Lawrence were very knowledgable and patient with all of my questions and understanding that I wanted to do additional research. On our second visit we were assisted by Mike and he worked very hard to get us what we wanted and needed. We are very satisfied and extremely happy with our vehicles. Pulled up to carman ford and was greeted by jeff right away .I told him i needed a vehicle to transport my 13 week old granddaughter and he was on it. Thanks to the fantastic staff in the body shop, our experience was a pleasant one. We were greeted by Pat when we showed up. She was friendly and courteous and quickly got our process rolling. He was amazing. He promptly assessed our repairs and worked us up with, what I considered to be, a fair quote. They provided us with transportation back home to make this as painless as possible. When calling in to set up a return time for the shuttle to pick us up, I dealt with Ginger. She too was very pleasant and helpful. When I returned to pick up the car, I was amazed at how nicely done the work was. Again we spoke with Pat and Bob and their cheerfulness and great attitudes were very comforting. Our overall experience here was better than I could have imagined. My hat's off to the entire staff at the Carman Body shop. More

My trade was a '99 Mountaineer I purchased from Carman Lincoln Mercury. Due to the distance from Aston, Pa; I visited several dealers in the PA area. I found the Carman Group had the best selection and the best overall pricing; however my decision to buy was based more on the professionalism, knowledge, Integrity, and friendliness of all the people I met. Glen Brood generously provided the time to answer all my questions and demoed the features I was interested in without any pressure to close the deal. I also had the opportunity to meet the Manager, Larry Giaciano and some of the service people! I shouldn't have been surprised that nothing since 1999 had changed. The same great courteous and professional demeanor was still the hallmark of this dealer. I won't waste my time shopping again; I'm going straight to Carman Lincoln Ford. More
