We had a great experience at Carman Ford a couple of days ago when we bought our new Ford Escape. The whole team there is just awesome. I have had service done 3 times, which needed parts ordered for my car. Each time they called and had me come in to bring the car between 8-5 so i would have to arrange around my work schedule only to ordered for my car. Each time they called and had me come in to bring the car between 8-5 so i would have to arrange around my work schedule only to be called later in the day saying the part they received was broke or not the right one. So it would be a waste of my time to drop off the car. I wish they would take the time once they receive a shipment of parts for the car to have some sort of quality control to look at the parts before calling the customer to drop off their car. It would make the customers alot happier knowing the first time they are dropping off their car that the parts are correct and the car will be fixed instead of all this dropping off, picking up, dropping off. The quality of the workmanship is excellent but they could have better customer relations if they checked the parts before calling the customers to bring in their cars. The prices are fair, the workmanship is good, but overall because of the numerous times I had to drop off, pick up, drop off, pick up is why i gave a bad rating to my overall experience. If I didnt buy the car from this dealership and have the warranty, I would take it to another dealership to work on it. This is the only dealership that I have had the problem of dropping off, picking up because the parts were not correct or broken, once the shop has received them. More
