In addition it took several follow-ups to receive information on our tags we were forced to make a special trip to the dealership for them so that we didn't have to drive around with expired tags. If you have the option, I'd recommend going to another dealership. More

During 2010, Carmarn Lincoln helped me with my 2007 MKZ when another dealer let me down. Carman's Service Manager, John Henry recognized my problem, gave me a loaner and said he would handle it.
