This was an amazing car buying experience. Adam Johnson spent so much time and energy making sure I knew what I was buying and that I was happy with my purchase. The manager, Andrew Krueck worked well wit spent so much time and energy making sure I knew what I was buying and that I was happy with my purchase. The manager, Andrew Krueck worked well with the sales consultant and I felt completely comfortable with the buying process. The manager also made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and no detail was left undone. The last part was the finance and that went seamless with Daniel Miller. I must say they have an amazing team at Carman Ford-Lincoln. The service department did an outstanding job detailing my new Ford Focus. When I first saw the car, I got very excited; it was so beautiful. All in all, I can't think of much more they could have done for me. Adam Johnson took hours explaining the car, setting up the sync, setting up pairing my phone, my garage door opener, showing me the service dept and making my first appointment including explaining my road side assistance. I could go on and on. I would highly recommend this team and dealership to anyone who is interested in getting a wonderful car and a positive experience at the same time. More
Called into Carman Lincoln around 5:00 p.m. to see if there was an opening that night for a routine oil change on my Lincoln Town Car that I had just purchased from a private party. My assigned service advisor Ron Culley was very friendly and also took the time to explain the service that my Town Car was going to have and was very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service and it's people like Ron that will keep me coming back to this dealership for additional future service on my Town Car. More

We just purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL from Carman Ford. We started looking at new cars about a year prior and spoke with Greg about an Explorer. WE looked at other dealerships (everyone on Rt 13 ov Ford. We started looking at new cars about a year prior and spoke with Greg about an Explorer. WE looked at other dealerships (everyone on Rt 13 over the year we were looking)and I can say that this was the lowest pressure atmosphere we encountered. After fine tuning what our needs really were, we decided to go with a fuel efficient car vice another SUV (we traded a Mercury Mariner). Thus, we started looking at the redesigned Focus. About this time we brought in our trade for inspection. Turns out that a loud road noise we originally attributed to alignment was not in fact due to tire wear or even an alignment problem, but that the rear end on our Mercury was almost completely shot. It could have gone at any minute, potentially leaving my wife and son stranded. Greg and his manager worked out for us to take a loaner vehicle until the car that we ordered came in. Absolutely wonderful of them to provide this service when we could have been out of pocket for a rental. When our car came in, we had some concerns about the new technology in the transmission. There was no pressure at any time (because the concern was documented in eboards and Ford blogs, and really turned out to be benign, a functional characteristic of the DCT) to continue the purchase of the Focus and instead we went with the established final year production of the current body style Fusion SEL. If you're reading this and thinking "make up your mind!", I felt the same way. Greg and the compliment of managers at the dealership however, provided us with information and ensured we were 100% satisfied with our experience at each turn. They showed understanding every step of the way when I feel that other dealerships/salespersons would have thrown in the towel on us. I would HIGHLY recommend Greg Grimaldi and this dealership to anyone in the market for ANY vehicle sold at Carman. I can comfortably say that they took a rather bleak and unsure situation and turned it into one of the lowest stress, easiest carbuying experiences of my life. More

Had an emergency: Brake Lights would not turn off causing battery failure. My regular service manager Steve Hudson was off. Ron was assigned to my case. Ron suggested I go home on the courtesy van and as soon as it arrives they will determine if they can fix it before closing. Late afternoon Ron callled and said it was in and he dispatched the van, and they installed it while they were picking me up. Ron treated me like I was a long-time regular of his. Great group. More
