Jeff met me as I pulled in. Extremely friendly and courteous, he asked me what he could help me with and then stopped to listen to me. I had done my homework. I knew what I wanted and I knew what I was willing to pay. Jeff immediately started to search for my car. As the search began, Jeff also knew it might be a tough find. I wanted the Ford Focus SEL with all of the bells and whistles including fill navigation and winter package. It also had to be metallic gray. Jeff listed several scenarios, not alternatives, but scenarios for how he would get me my car. My husband and I had been waiting a week and a half already from another dealer that promised they could deliver and instead of getting me the car I wanted, we were given some really bad stories to try to explain to us why they didn't get me the car they were promising. It never occurred to Carman Ford that they couldn't get me my car and in fact because of their awesome inter-dealer relationships and negotiating power --they have a large stock with which to trade and deal, I received my car the very next day! It is perfect! Another local dealer, right down the road, couldn't even come close on the price. The time I spent at Carman was comfortable and I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Everyone who sees you says hello, shakes your hand and introduces themself. I am a nurse. I work for the leading healthcare provider in DE and service excellence is what is expected of me every day. It was wonderful to feel all of that from the receiving end. The purchase process was seamless and quick. Time was carefully taken where it mattered most, teaching me about my new car. I drove away confident and could not have asked for more courtesy, knowledge, patience, and understanding. One more thing I have to note, there was no pressure to buy, no pressure for extended warranties, joining clubs or purchasing options. There was information about these things readily available and I chose to ask about the protective glass coating that guarantees my paint for seven years and simonizing for the interior. I chose to purchase this -- very little cost for the protection. In summary, this has been my best auto dealership experience --tops my BMW purchase in 2002. P.S. I have owned Ford vehicles -- three trucks to be exact. My Ford trucks have pulled my horses across thirteen states to compete in professional rodeo as well as hauling me off to the polo field for years.. My mistake was a Chevy Pickup during the you pay what we pay era. The Silverado is crap! Jeff and Carman Ford can expect us back for an F250 in the near future. Thank you Jeff and Carman Ford! More

I was going to take my 2002 Ford F150 in for an oil change at Caramn as I have been taking it there for regular maintenance since I purchased it there 10 years ago. I decided to look around while waiting for the oil change and wasn't intending to buy a new truck, but there was a 2011 leftovert that looked fantastic! Daniel Shine came out when he saw me looking at it. Dan really understood the product he was selling. He understood the workings of all the components, and really seemed to enjoy selling the product. I went home to discuss it with my wife as my 2002 was in great condition (less than 40K miles on it after 10 years) and next thing you know we are back at the dealership talking to Dan about it. Carman gave me an excellent offer to trade in my truck and a really low financing rate on the new truck and we closed the deal. Dan provided excellent customer service and took me through all the new features of the new truck as there are so many features in today's trucks than when I purchased mine 10 years ago. It was really a pleasure to work with Dan and the rest of the Carman team. More
