Just bought a Ford escape for my son and had an EXCELLENT experience at Carman Ford. The salesman was very familiar with the vehicle and the finance director was very competent, helpful, and quick. Adam did a fantastic job in selling the vehicle. Before we even took it out for a drive we walked around and he pointed out all the exterior cosmetic and mechanical details of my Ford Edge. From the time we arrived at the dealership and Adam greeted us outside the front door, we were treated like family. It was also very nice to meet Andrew, as he is a good leader. Andrew is very personable and accommodating. He and Glenn worked diligently to find the car that we liked and make us a good deal at the same time. We spent about 4 to 5 hours with them. Once we decided on the car we wanted, Glenn made sure the vehicle was properly cleaned, even sending it back to the shop to be redone because of a small mark on the steering wheel. Adam made the entire sale process easy and actually kind of fun for me. Of course my husband and him talked alot about the engine, gas milage, and other boring stuff for me but Adam could see that I could care less about these facts and took the back seat as I drove the truck and tested every little button and gadget I could find.I have to give him alot of credit as he stepped outside the box by not only pleasing my husband with his new toy but reconized that I was also part of the process. For a younger man he was smart to know that a happy life means a happy wife!!!!! More
