I have a 2012 Ford F150 with less than 20,000 miles that would not start towed into their service department early on Thursday. I called to give them the issues that I had with my truck and I was assigned a would not start towed into their service department early on Thursday. I called to give them the issues that I had with my truck and I was assigned a SA right away. I made it very clear to the SA that I would like to be called with an update on my vehicle as soon as possible he said, "no problem, we will get to it right away." Four hours later I started calling them to get an update. After being on hold for 5-10 minutes my SA tells me that they do not know anything yet. Two more hours goes by and still nothing, once again I call and am put on "death hold" and finally the SA gets on the line and tells me that they need the second key for the vehicle. By now it is too late for me to run home and get the extra key for them. I dropped the key off to them around 8 on Friday morning and the person behind the desk said they would call me shortly. Three hours pass and nothing, so once again I call and get put on "death hold" and finally my SA gets on the line and says that they still ahve not figured out the issue but he would call me with an update. Four hours goes by and still nothing so I borrow a friends car and go down to Carman to find out what is going on. Finally I get an answer, the PCM failed in the truck....good news!! They finally figured it out after more than 8 hours of troubleshooting. Bad news....."we probably won't have the part until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week." I told them once again that this was my one and only means of transportation for work and they basically told me "sorry about your luck." The service staff has no sense of urgency on getting repairs done and they could care less whether or not they are putting you in a bad way due to their lack of concern for your situation. It's easy for them they just blame Ford and say, "we can't get the part from Ford, I don't know what to tell you." More

The first day I went and discussed the car with Jeff, who was very informative. The night ended with me leaving without the car but only to return the next night. From here I was ready to make a deal but Jeff was not working that day. Instead I met with Mike, who picked right up where Jeff left off. My daughter, her fiance, & I stopped at Carman Lincoln Ford close to closing time on a Saturday night, with the intention of just looking around, when my daughter spotted a clean little '08 Pontia Lincoln Ford close to closing time on a Saturday night, with the intention of just looking around, when my daughter spotted a clean little '08 Pontiac G6. We were surprised by the sale price, because it was so low. Adam Johnson came out to assist us & was one of the most geniunely friendly sales associates my daughter had dealt with since she began looking for a new car a month ago. He was polite, courteous, and professional. He immediately put her at ease and always addressed her as the primary car buyer, not her fiance. Within a few minutes, she told me, "I want to buy a car from Adam" & "He has a smile you can trust." Neil Springer was also very friendly, polite, & professional. He made sure we understood all of our options & helped my daughter not only pick the finance option that was right for her, but was also the best deal for her too. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured, even though it was 2 hours after closing time.
