Usually through my own research, I know more about the vehicle than the sales staff, however, even though the vehicle was brand new, with major design changes, Guy Jr. knew the vehicle as much as I did. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Todd handeled the transaction of ordering the vehicle, and was always knowledable about the status of our order. We had sold our 2008 Escape, and had to rent a car while we waited for our new one. Todd was always friendly when I called to bug him about the status.
