My 2008 Ford Escape had damaged front bumper as a result of someone backing into it in the driveway. It looked pretty bad when I brought it in; however, once the Carmen Auto Body guys finished with it, the of someone backing into it in the driveway. I went to Carman on a Saturday to look at a preowned Fusion that I found online. The car was not available, but my sales consultant Greg told me they would get it for me as soon as possible. He let me drive a comparable vehicle, and I knew before I even saw the Fusion, I knew I wanted it! I got a message from Greg early Monday afternoon letting me know the car was back and I was there within a few hours, and I left that night in my first Ford! I've always been a GM person, but after the experience with Carman, and how helpful my salesman Greg was, I think I've turned to Ford now!! This is an awesome dealer, I'd recommend ANYONE to them! I have been dealing with Mike Krull since my very first purchase. His honesty and willing to help my needs for my purchases are above and beyond excellent. My recent purchase on 10/13/2012 was a great experience. I always leave knowing I have received the best deal possible and I'm treated like a person not a sale. It is very nice to walk in the delaership and evryone calls you by your name. The staff always makes it a point to say hello and its amazing how they actually remember most of thier customers even if they havent seen them in a couple of years. That is why customers highly recomend this dealership. My hats off to Carman for thier great customer service and thier personal touch that adds to every thing they do. My ford f150 is a great buy and im very happy how I was shown all the features and before I left I felt completely informed on my new truck.
