I have not owned a ford since I owned a Pinto. Have owned an Audi and Scion in the last 5 years. Though I would give Ford a try. Loved the look of the new Escape. Jeff and Todd (the sales manager) are always so patient and helpful in assisting me, even when I'm not sure what I want!! They are great at what they do and because of our long history,they really remember my likes & dislikes and help me make the right choices for me. I also have to say that Dan Miller, the Ford finance guy, made all the paperwork so easy, I was amazed at how quickly we got thru it. Carman is my dealership for life!!!! More

When I left my credit card at the dealership, Andrew drove 75 miles to our home to return it to me. This was after we did not think we would be buying a vehicle from Carman.
