Our experience at Carman Ford-Lincoln was exceptional. This had a lot to do with the staff that was involved in the purchase from start to finish. I had gone to another local dealer and the sales person was extremely pushy. I felt like I couldn't get out of there quick enough. My experience at Carman was completely opposite. I worked with Dan Shine and he was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about all details of the car and was able to answer all of my questions. He took great measures to make sure he showed me all the features and benefits about the car. But, what stood out most was his listening skills. Dan remembered so much about information I shared throughout the shopping process. This stood out to me and my three adult children who also came to look at the car at different times. Dan was patient, pleasant and created such a positive impression that I would highly recommend him and this dealership as a result of my overall experience. We came back to Greg and Carman for the purchase of our Ford Explorer. We bought a used car from Greg 3 years ago, knowing we would be looking to purchase a newer vehicle in the near future. We looked at vehicles online and saw Carman had just what we were looking for. Greg gave us the same great service we experienced the first time around. He went over the features of the Explorer and was very patient with us - this vehicle has way more features than our previous vehicle. He did not pressure us and allowed us the time to consider our options between the 2 vehicles we were looking at. We definitely would recommend Greg and the Carman team to our friends and family. I traveled from New York to purchase my new Ford Explorer. It just turned out that this dealership had the exact model and options I was looking for. I was a little nervous doing business with a dealership I knew nothing about, especially since I was trading in my Honda Odyssey. I was communicating with Walt Gatling prior to making the trip down and I had a good feeling before I even met him. Let's me just say, my trip was totally worth it. In fact, this was probably the best car experience I ever had. They made the process so easy, took the time to go over my new vehicle with me and the trading in of the Honda was painless. No games. They gave me a great price and were extremely professional. I highly recommend this dealership. Go see Walt Gatling. You wont be disappointed. I would consider making the trip down again when my lease ends. That's how great this experience was for me. More

I have reviewed the MKS on the internet prior to visiting the Carmen Lincoln Dealership. I was very interested in this car therefore; I went to the dealership on Jan.5, 2013. Al Sweeney approaches me and int the Carmen Lincoln Dealership. I was very interested in this car therefore; I went to the dealership on Jan.5, 2013. Al Sweeney approaches me and introduces himself to me. I advise him that I am interested in the MKS 2013 Ecobooster AWD and I just came in just to take a look at the car. He shows me one on the floor and we went over the interior/exterior and the options of this car in detail. Al continues to persuade me about taking the car out for a ride. So we did and I was very impress with the MKS and happy that Al continue to persuade me. He was very informative, professional and friendly to work with on my interest on the MKS. Al suggested that the MKZ will be coming in very shortly and he will give me a call so I can take that car out for a drive. I was impress with Al as he showed me that he was looking out for the (Customer's) needs and was honest, which I appreciate. Once I retire in about 2 months and depending on my package I hope to receive from my employers, I should be buying a MKS or a MKZ. Thank-You Al for your time and persuading me to take that drive.
