I worked with Dan Shine and he was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about all details of the car and was able to answer all of my questions. He took great measures to make sure he showed me all the features and benefits about the car. But, what stood out most was his listening skills. Dan remembered so much about information I shared throughout the shopping process. This stood out to me and my three adult children who also came to look at the car at different times. I traveled from New York to purchase my new Ford Explorer. It just turned out that this dealership had the exact model and options I was looking for.
