My husband and I had a great experience at Carman Ford. Al was our salesperson an was very friendly and made us feel like family. If I visit this Service Dept four times a year, it's guaranteed that I'll have a problem during at least two of those visits. In May 2012, they kept my car for ONE WEEK for a repair. We tried to drop off the car today (Sat., 2/16/2013) for a repair, and they said they were booked until Tuesday. My car's shaking and making odd noises when I drive over 50 mph, but I guess I'll have to hope nothing major fails over the next four days. This is probably the worse Service Dept I've ever used in my life. More

From the first time we entered into the Ford dealership the employees were helpful and friendly and were willing to meet our needs. Al provided a great experience from start to finish. From the initial conversation with my wife, to the attention he paid to my kids, to the final sale with me he was friendly, helpful, courteous and profess the initial conversation with my wife, to the attention he paid to my kids, to the final sale with me he was friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. I did not feel rushed or pressured which was an absolute plus for me. Also he was helpful in my decision making process, not steering me towards the biggest ticket item, but actuallty listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose the vehicle that is the best for what I need. I will recommend Carman and Al to anyone I come across who is in the market for a vehicle. I myself will be back in a few years to purchase my next car wich will be my third from Carman. In addition to Al's help the financing rep was helpful and even gave me some advice on how to secure a better interest rate on my next car. Thanks for all your help. More

We were not sure if we would qualify for a car but needed one in the worst way. The salesman was more than helpful and we were able to drive away in a 2005 Dodge Magnum!!!! Greg made the process of buying a new car painless!!! He met us outside on a very cold day and was very polite and not pushy!!!
