I had taken my 2005 Mustang in for service, which I had also purchased at this dealership,only to find out it was not worth fixing. They were very helpful in what was a difficult situation for me. My wife and I finally decided to move on and I found a certified car that I really liked. I set up an appointment and my wife an I headed over to Carman Ford to purchase the vehicle. The sales manager directed me to the salesman whose name was Jeff Satterly. He was extremely friendly and we had great conversation while he started the paperwork. They gave me great trade-in for my other Mustang. In a short time, my wife and I were driving off in my certified Mustang GT 5.0. In what could have been a difficult situation, everyone at Carman Ford bent over backwards to ensure we were satisfied.
