If I visit this Service Dept four times a year, it's guaranteed that I'll have a problem during at least two of those visits. In May 2012, they kept my car for ONE WEEK for a repair. We tried to drop off the car today (Sat., 2/16/2013) for a repair, and they said they were booked until Tuesday. My car's shaking and making odd noises when I drive over 50 mph, but I guess I'll have to hope nothing major fails over the next four days. This is probably the worse Service Dept I've ever used in my life. More

Al provided a great experience from start to finish. I did not feel rushed or pressured which was an absolute plus for me. Also he was helpful in my decision making process, not steering me towards the biggest ticket item, but actuallty listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose the vehicle that is the best for what I need. I will recommend Carman and Al to anyone I come across who is in the market for a vehicle. I myself will be back in a few years to purchase my next car wich will be my third from Carman. We were not sure if we would qualify for a car but needed one in the worst way. The salesman was more than helpful and we were able to drive away in a 2005 Dodge Magnum!!!!
