I went to Carman Ford to do my due diligence never intending on purchasing a vehicle in the same day. Tom Guido, my sales rep was an absolute gentleman and very patient in allowing me to take my time intending on purchasing a vehicle in the same day. It only took two different negotiations to agree upon a trade-in price and the price of the new vehicle. I left the same day with a new 2013 Ford Edge. Also, I took my car back 3 days later to have a pinstripe added and I was treated with the same courtesy and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this car dealership. More

I had been to both Ramsey locations looking to purchse a new Ford F150 4-door truck given the advertisements they were offering. there was one reason or another that the "special financing" or "rebates" w new Ford F150 4-door truck given the advertisements they were offering. there was one reason or another that the "special financing" or "rebates" wouldn't help me in getting a payment that I could afford, and they were unable to assist me. Considering my credit rating is extremely good, I went to Carman with persistence knowing that the fiures for the type of vehicle I wanted should be no where close to what Ramsey had stated. Carman was extremely helpful in working numbers on the type of truck I needed, and I was able to bring home a new vehicle that I was happy with, with payments I am comfortable with. Even though Ramsey is about 5 miutes from home, I would, and will, recommend Carman to friends and family, and will continue doing business with Carman for any future needs. More

We recently came to your dealership after buying from a competitor for years. Our first visit was with Jake, he was very friendly, helpful and even called to let us know there was another vehicle we may b competitor for years. We were doing the preliminary looking for our daughter who was coming home for the weekend to purchase a new car. Her first post college car and she was very excited. Our second visit we had the displeasure of dealing with Tom Guido as Jake was busy with another customer. We told him from the beginning there was another car at another dealership she wanted to look at before she made a decision. He took our credit app and I asked that he not do anything til after she looked at the other car first. He quoted us a payment before submitting the application which makes no sense to me because how would he know what interest rate we would get which would make a difference in her payment amount. He left his desk 4 different times and came back with another offer and song and dance about why she should just buy this car. Each time we told him that she would not make a decision after only looking at one car. Finally, he gave us back the keys to her car (although he forgot to give us back her registration so we now have to make another trip there to pick that up) and she left there very upset and as she stated "he ruined my first car buying experience". We went to the other dealership, while sitting there they could tell she was very anxious and upset and we told them we had had a bad experience at Carman. The Salesmen there was very patient and friendly, finding out something about her and what she wanted in a car, price, etc. All Tom wanted to do was sell a car and cared nothing about her and no understanding she is a 23 year old girl buying her first car. While at the other dealership Jake called us to see if everything was ok because he could tell when we left we were not happy. My husband explained what had happened and how we had been treated. He apologized for Tom's actions and asked if there was anything he could do for us. While i understand you are there to sell cars, the way Tom Guido pressured our daughter and made her feel makes me write this review in hopes that someone else is not treated the same way. More
