My wife and I are looking for a midsize crossover SUV to replace her current Honda Civic. We had very bad experience in Acura before we came to Carman, since when we know what good customer experience shoul replace her current Honda Civic. We had very bad experience in Acura before we came to Carman, since when we know what good customer experience should be. Al was very nice and helpful. He welcomed us the first minute after we parked our car and asked us what kind of vehicle we were interested and when we needed it. He was very careful listening to our need and what we thought after the test drive. Overall speaking, he is an excellent sales associate and I would recommend him to my friends. More

Greg made my buying experience stressless. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle as far as features and options. Carman didn't have what I wanted on the lot, but he found exactly what I wanted at a diffe what I wanted in a vehicle as far as features and options. Carman didn't have what I wanted on the lot, but he found exactly what I wanted at a different dealership and got it, even the color I wanted. Greg and his manager went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. I believe their ultimate goal is not so much selling me my truck as making sure I was absolutely thrilled with what I got. I would definately recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I also hear the service department at Carman Ford is top-notch! More

I came to Carman Ford-Lincoln to get information and to test drive a Lincoln but, I'm not ready to buy. I'm getting infomation from several dealerships of different cars, to make a decision on my future test drive a Lincoln but, I'm not ready to buy. I'm getting infomation from several dealerships of different cars, to make a decision on my future purchase. I have taken a number of test drives of 2013 cars recently . That said, I found the atmosphere at Carman quite refreshing and enjoyable. I found Doug Walton to be an excellant Sales Consultant and a great representive of this dealership. He answered all ours questions and explained many of the cars features to us during a test drive. His knowledge of the vehicle and the easy way he addressed our querys made this experience a smooth and enjoyable visit. There was none of the usual pressure, to buy a car at that moment , that is found in most of the car buying situations. Because of this visit, and our interaction with Doug Walton, we have placed the Lincoln and Carman and Doug Walton #1 on our list. I am sure that we will be back in the near future to buy our 1st Lincoln MKS. I would and will recomend Doug and Carman Ford-Lincoln to anyone looking for a vehicle in the future. Kip Scully More

Staff was courteous, eager to please, and explained things in detail. Orientation to new car was thorough and easy to understand, with no sense of being rushed. The staff could not have done more to he things in detail. Orientation to new car was thorough and easy to understand, with no sense of being rushed. The staff could not have done more to help -- always making sure that I had no questions and assuring follow-up if I needed help later. Overall, an excellent experience in buying a new car at a fair price. More

I've bought several cars at Carman and Glenn Brood has always been my salesperson. Because of prior experiences at Carman Ford with previous car purchases, it was an easy decision to buy my current Fo has always been my salesperson. Because of prior experiences at Carman Ford with previous car purchases, it was an easy decision to buy my current Ford Fusion Titanium from them. Glenn is good at what he does and always extends himself to help the customer and make a deal. He is very attentive to the needs of his customers and helps them understand all of the information regarding the car before they make a decision. When there is a conflict with price, Glenn will always go to his manager to see what he can do for his customers. Glenn makes you feel as though he's doing everything in his power to satisfy your needs. He's funny yet professional. He may seem a little pushy at times but overall he has your best interest at heart and will go out of his way to make it right for the customer. He also remembers you and even asks about family members that you may have had a conversation with in the past. Glenn has a good memory and uses this as a tool when selling you a car. He will also follow up with you to ensure you're satisfied and that everything is OK after your purchase. Glenn is a good person and a pleasure to work with when buying a vehicle. GO GLENN! More
