Rescheduled simple oil change before holidays I work in customer service and deal with issues and complaints often so when my wife schedules an apt I figure business as usual. Right before Christm I work in customer service and deal with issues and complaints often so when my wife schedules an apt I figure business as usual. Right before Christmas we receive a voicemail stating we can not complete your oil change because we do not have enough techs. This is not the way you deal with customers and a shortage of staffing is not the scheduled customers problem. Offer overtime ask for extra help who knows maybe do not schedule so many appointments if you do not want business. Simple process your mistake your resolution offer compensation or something for the customer. Poorly run service department More

Very good oil change I had an appointment at 10. I showed up on time. Chris helped out. After getting my paperwork in order (special to me for this one time), Chris told m I had an appointment at 10. About 50 minutes later, Chris came to get me. My truck was done. I'm happy it was done, with no troubles, in less time than I was told. More

When one of the car windows would not close in a week of frequent heavy rain, I was worried about getting the repair right away. The Service Advisor and techs worked me into the schedule and fixed the problem under warranty the same day that I called. I liked the way they communicated, too. Service Appointment The good: because my wrangler is still under warranty, they fixed the broken oil sensor and upgraded my software (not the worthless GPS) at no cost. The good: because my wrangler is still under warranty, they fixed the broken oil sensor and upgraded my software (not the worthless GPS) at no cost. The bad: they opened late and there were two different customers waiting on the side of the highway to drop off vehicles in the morning. When I went in to pick up my jeep I wasn't greeted, wasn't told where the vehicle was and was basically just flatly asked "last name?" And then handed my printout and key with no other words. I don't need a welcoming committee but it was just rude and off putting. I'll be taking my wrangler to the other dealership on Kirkwood Highway next time. More
