Carman Chrysler Jeep Dodge responded

The issue we had with this customer was caused by us, our new young cashier made a $2800 error on his repair order. The customer had a Jeep Lift done in our service department and only paid the the Labor end of the repair. The cashier missed the notes and the parts end of the repair for the lift kit and tires. We tried reaching the customer and left numerous messages, no response. So we had no choice to have him contacted by the authorities.
