Tony made and appointment for me the next day on my lunch hour. I took it in and within 15 minutes I had a new rim! I thought it would cost a fortune but I was wrong. Including the new hub cap, I paid less than $65 dollars. When I took it in for a burnt out headlight, I was done in less than 10 minutes. I see how busy they are and expect to wait a long time for my car to be serviced but I have been pleasantly surprised at how quick things move. About a month ago my car would not start. I call Tony and he said if I could get a jump to bring it right into the shop. The way I was parked at work it would be impossible to jump it. Tony was such a big help and gave me the number to the Fiat Road Service who was going to tow it in for me for free. When they got to my work, the driver confirmed it was my battery, took out his battery box and it started. I immediately took it to Carman and Tony ran a full scan of the engine to be 100% sure nothing else was wrong. He came in and told me the scan could take up to 30-45 minutes. It was done within 30 minutes and my new battery was installed. The entire wait time was about 40 minutes. I won't ever take my Fiat any where else. Tony and the team are the best I've ever dealt with. Quick to schedule appointments, they work around my schedule, stay late to finish a job, open late some days. What more could I ask for? Love Carman service! Keep up the good work, I'll be in soon for my oil change! More

I have never been treated so poorly from a company I had recently purchased a car from. Because of their incompetence, I was put into an awful situation that should have never happened. Their lack of knowledge and organization was blamed on me. In reality they made the mistake and instead of owning up to it, they decided to try to put the blame on me. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

It is obvious that the damage to the skid plate occurred during an oil change or other service at this dealership as the car has never been serviced anywhere else in nearly four years. I was informed of this damage at Valvoline where I took the car for a routine oil change in that I could not wait the nearly two weeks for an appointment at Carman. Carman refuses to own up to this damage and would charge me $200 for the repair. I will now have to seek Fiat service elsewhere. I cannot remotely recommend Carman service for even the most minor service. More
Awful, untrustworthy, possibly incompetent. So she paid the $700 that she was overcharged in exchange for their word that she'd be able to drive off the lot with the issues corrected. When she returned to retrieve the car, after several weeks of course, the issues remained and she was told that no money would be refunded. The service team had a misguided idea that "clearing codes" and actually fixing a car are the same thing. Rather than just admitting that they mis-diagnosed, or just plain and simply did not know what was wrong with the car to begin with, they took advantage of her and she is now out $700+ and properly functioning car. They'd like another $200 to continue their "services", if that's what you choose to call them. The manager is conveniently out of town, and they have offered no assistance in rectifying or attempting to work with her in even the slightest way after she's already been through so much. More

The problem was a Shift Solenoid issue inside the transmission which is covered by my Power train Warranty. When I dropped it off the AC and everything worked fine other then it would only run in 4th gear due to the shift solenoid. They then call me and tell me that my TCM (Transmission Control Module) was bad and would cost about $1100 and not covered by warranty. So i picked vehicle up and Air Conditioning no longer worked. I then did my homework and found out that they blew a fuse, didn't even try to diagnose the issue and just said that it was the TCM. I swapped out the fuse, the AC started working again and the TCM code went away. Since then, I have taken to another dealership and they have fixed the only problem I had which was a faulty shift solenoid. To make things worse, I have had to pay Carman $120 for an uncovered warranty issue that they caused which was only a blown fuse that they caused. I have also tried to reach out to their Service director after and automated recording phone call was made from him and have yet to hear back. Which I don't think that I ever will. So if you need work to your vehicle, take your service elsewhere unless you want more problems then what you brought it in with. Thank You, Brian I. More
Stay clear! email sent to dealer: Let me get the full story down for you on my 2013 ram 2500 crew cab diesel which was brought in for rough idle, recall, warning email sent to dealer: Let me get the full story down for you on my 2013 ram 2500 crew cab diesel which was brought in for rough idle, recall, warning codes and engine light. I came in person with my vin number to the service department at Carmen to make an appointment on about 2/15/16. The first my vehicle could be looked at would be 2/25 the date was made and my vin number was not taken. On 2/22 I called and talked to Mark about the recall notice I received and offered my vin number again hoping to save time waiting for parts, the vin number was refused. I dropped my truck off around 4pm on 2/24, 15 minutes later Mark called asking if I had the keys to the vehicle. He had left them in the ignition and they were not there. I had seen them in the ignition in front of the dealership when I left, which didn't leave me a good feeling. Mark called me again late morning on the 25th to let me know they haven't been able to get my truck in the shop. Also that only two techs could work on the vehicle and that one of them was out sick. This left me with more frustration and thinking that if my vin number was taken a tech capable of working on diesels could have been scheduled. Late that day Mark informed me that my vehicle would need an injector which would take 2 days to arrive. Mark called twice on 2/29 first to say the part was on the ups truck then around 5pm to say that he’s looking at my truck it’s still apart the tech left and won't answer the cell phone. Again leaving me wondering if I left my vehicle in the wrong place. Then very early on 3/1 Mark informed me that your dealership did not have a removal tool for my injector and that they were trying to borrow one. Now I'm pretty sure that the tech knew nothing about my vehicle! He could have watched YouTube when my injector was diagnosed and figured out he needed a special tool 4 days before. When I picked up my truck the engine idled rough, There was a new warning light on, and the info was still telling me to perform service. Back inside Mark sends the tech out with me who says the engine may smooth out after driving, the light was traction control and was on when he got the vehicle, and the perform service must be something else. Well when I came in I was informed that I would be responsible for a diagnostic charge if I didn't have the work done. Can’t you tell from the diagnostic what the lights and the codes are? The truck ran no better when I left than when I brought it to you! The perform service code is still blinking at me after being in your shop for several days. Now I have a traction control light on that had never been on. I have a snow removal business and need my four wheel drive! Your tech just ignored it. I left the dealership at this time since I could see I was getting no where and that this tech wasn't capable anyway. One last thing, I have 2 witnesses that saw me show your tech a wire harness in the engine compartment that was left unplugged. When I showed your tech he really didn't know what to say just that he forgot. I really think that my traction control light may be something that your tech forgot to plug back in! More

Plus dealer told me, if I wanted new tires, they could not install before Feb, it was the middle of Jan. Finally found the right Goodyear dealer and they told me front tire ball joint was loose and needed to be fixed before I stall new tire (I agree). Carman did not help me at all. Not saying much about helping me at all. I feel they just want to sell cars and after that you are on your own! More
