I want to commend the work that Carmen Collision did on my 2011 Dodge Charger. It looks absolutely beautiful. You would never know that It was in an accident. They used all original factory parts and match my 2011 Dodge Charger. It looks absolutely beautiful. You would never know that It was in an accident. He was very inviting, pleasant and professional. He was willing, ready to welcome and wait on you. There are times when I thought something was wrong with my car and it was nothing wrong. The last time was my radio, I thought it was not working. However, it was nothing wrong. The Service people tell you the truth and not make up repairs for you to spend money. Not knowing anything about cars, Mark explains everything with such clarity that a person understands exactly what the problem consists There are other Chrysler's Dealers in Delaware; however, there are no comparison to Carman. Every time I visit this dealership for service to my cars, I'm greeted like an old friend. They actually bend over backwards to satisfy me. I had tO have the shortblock replaced in my 2007 Durango. The technician broke and lost fasteners and engine compartment panels and other parts. Oil now leaks from an engine the was rebuilt. The original job took 21 days (6 longer than expecked), the truck went back for another 2 days and has to go back again because it still leaks oil. I have received the vehicle back after the third visit and will check for oil in a couple of days. I will say that the Service Manager and General Manager have been courteous, professional and are trying to make things right. I will update the review if/when I am satisfied with the work performed. From the purchase to the service, this dealer has never lived up to their promises. The last two times I have had service, I have had to bring my SUV back to have problems fixed that they created during t lived up to their promises. If it were not for the fact that I want to maintain my warranty, I would NEVER use these guys to service my vehicle. Update - 8-3-2011 I was contacted by the General manager at Carman due to this review. He offered assistance and my Chrysler Aspen was brought in for repair. One of the problems is ongoing since it is an intermittent problem that the technicians could not duplicate in the two days my Aspen was in the shop. Transportation was provided to me courtesy of Carmen Dodge so this helped a great deal. I'm confident that eventually my problem will be repaired. More
I brought in my new Dodge Charger R/T with a problem. The car had less than 300 miles and it showed "service keyless entry system". The battery also became discharged. His attitude was exceptional in trying to help me and keep me informed of the work progress. He was friendly and made me comfortable that everything was being done to get me back in my new car.
