We sincerely apologize for your experience. It is our responsibility to provide superior service to our customers and we failed in this case. Upon learning about the problem the owner got involved with our Title Clerk and we had the problem resolved within 72 hours. We had internal communication challenges and failed escalation procedures. The Owner thanks you for taking the time to speak with him directly last week and share your experience. Your feedback has helped us with our internal communication, escalation process and how we handle Title/Tag Registration. We have implemented new software to track service follow up and have created new processes with new staff in the Back Office that handles Administration functions at the Dealership from Pay Offs to Tag/Title Registrations. The new Electronic Registrations Process has changed the landscape of processing and we have to make the necessary adjustments. Per our discussion, the owner has followed up with Management as well on better communication which also includes providing answers when they can and escalating when appropriate. Our Team values the feedback and we will get better. We have been selling vehicles for 6 years and have sold several thousand in the process. We are proud of the work we have done in the Community providing great cars and prices and our other Review Sites such as DealerRater, Cars.com, CarGuru, and Truecar reflect that. Our Team is not perfect and we accept the challenge to get better which is why we thank you for your feedback. Please know that it put a big smile on our face to know that we got the problem resolved for you in the end and when it finally got into the right hands it was handled swiftly. Firstly, I would like to apologize for the fact that you came away from the dealership feeling as though you had a negative experience. As far as the numbers with your trade in, I believe it was simply a case of two parties not agreeing to a trade value. We had appraised your vehicle at or around $2000.00. based on the KBB, NADA, MMR and market sellign value of the vehicle. Per my memory, you were seeking around $6000.00 for the trade in because of a loan you had on the title. Which we believed was too high of a figure for your car.
