This was after waiting several days to call me back. Said they would schedule week of 10-22-18. Called back one more time and emailed..... STILL WAITING on Derri to set that up. HMMM says they Stand Behind there cars! I would be VERY cautious! More

The total experience from start to finish was efficient, non-pressured and most importantly, fair. Avery my sales person, was very attentive and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire buying process. He was always straight forward and honest with me and took care of all my requests before and after the vehicle delivery. I was also introduced to the owner Greg who too took the time to make sure all of my concerns and requests were addressed. Bottom line, they are a business of integrity and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and business partners. More
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CARMA AUTOMOTIVE Bought car Sept 24. They gave us temp tags. They have 30 days to turn title in, but today is Nov 28, our temp tags expired Nov 8, and they still have Bought car Sept 24. They gave us temp tags. They have 30 days to turn title in, but today is Nov 28, our temp tags expired Nov 8, and they still have not turned title over. So we paid $14,000 for a car we cannot drive due to no tags. We have spent hours on the phone trying to get tags. Shelby, Avery, and Derri have all told us that the title has been turned in, but they have not. They also promise to call back and never do. If I behaved so unethically in my work, I would be in jail. You will regret buying a car from them and waste hours trying to get them to be responsible. Once they have your money, they are done. I assume they have a cash flow problem, so they spend on new cars while holding on to $ and putting off turning title over to loan company and BMV for months. Should be illegal and probably is. More

Crap service PSA: Stay Away, Save yourself, xxxx poor customer service. First and foremost this dealership has terrible communication, I was hung up on, and the PSA: Stay Away, Save yourself, xxxx poor customer service. First and foremost this dealership has terrible communication, I was hung up on, and they never called me back when they said they would.when I got there no one came out to greet me nor while browsed the lot. When I got inside, no one came from behind there desks. Im a Retail store supervisor and this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. id rather go to the “DMV” for no reason. I’ve boughten over a dozen cars in my lifetime, this is the one dealership that made it their goal to not sell a car. Trying to get “Derri” to tell you where they’re with you trade numbers was pulling teeth. Then “Jonathan” gave me the almost off-the-wall reasons why they couldn't except my trade which still doesn’t make since. If I had to read the reviews before I went to this dealership I wouldn't of wasted my time. I could go on about this place but not worth anymore of my time.This isn’t a dealership by any means what so ever. I strongly suggest seeking purchases elsewhere. More

Jonathan helped us greatly and negotiated the price of the vehicle to my budget. He was also very helpful in helping me trade in my 2006 Ford Escape. After looking at two other dealerships on Saturday, Carma was my best bet. It offered a newer year vehicle for less than 100k miles, and the price was right at the cap of my budget. I would recommend this dealership; however their selection is quite slim, so do your research. More
