Terrible service and communication We called to go see a vehicle, the salesman promised to send a text confirming our appointment and the address. We never received the text. They also got the door motor fixed for us, and bought us a tank of gas for our trouble driving out there. The sales manager is probably overworked, but the younger sales staff are also working hard. I had my worst dealership experience I bought a 2010 range rover march 2019. Dealer promised on we owe page to fix suspension fault issue at time of purchase. It needs a new air compressor. I discovered exactly what was going on during prepurchase inspection. The full size spare was missing. The compressor is underneath it. I made several attempts to get the repair and got evasive answers. They have no intention of honoring the promise on the "we owe" paper. The range rover i bought was on cargurus 3 months so they had time to fix it before selling it. I traded my infiniti m56. They sold it within 1 week of listing. I have to take this matter to small claims court to force them to honor there promise. More
