Excellent Customer Service I had stopped at several used car dealers and left unsatisfied & disappointed. So I pulled over at a Dunkin Donuts to look for certified used cars. I saw a SUV of interest at Carma so I called to see if it was on the lot. From the moment Fredric answered the call I felt like a valued customer. He was extremely professional and reassuring. When I arrive I was greeted and treated well. I didnt get the car I came to see but drove off with one that I was completely pleased with. The Manager also took care of me and was very friendly.
