I was led to Carma Autogroup for a 2010 MBenz S40 If there’s a story to tell then I have one. I was looking for a Mercedes Benz S Class on Autotrader. I was led to Carma Autogroup for a 2010 MBenz S400 Hybrid. I was surprised that Mercedes built a hybrid for that class. It featured a lot of bells and whistles to boast about. Anyway, I met Shelby (Salesperson), test drove the vehicle, and I was interested in the car. I met with Gregg and spoke about the vehicle. He asked if I did my homework on the vehicle because it is a rare kind. I did my homework. I was still interested but I had some obstacles. Needless to say, the entire staff rolled up their sleeves and did their homework as well. Derri and the finance team found a package that fit my necessary needs. Gregg allowed me to have a thorough Pre-Buyers Inspection of the vehicle. Shelby stayed in contact with me every step of the way and she mentioned that she’s here for me. Gregg said to me “I’m not only here to sell cars. I want my customers to be comfortable in the deal that they are making. If the customer is not comfortable then I will walk away from the deal.” His statement gave me an assurance that everything will work out and there was no pressure.
