*EDIT* - Just went to have my tires changed (see rest of review) and my front passenger rim is cracked all the way through.. $1,400 for new rims. I was gonna give a 2 star because the people there were n review) and my front passenger rim is cracked all the way through.. $1,400 for new rims. I was gonna give a 2 star because the people there were nice and accommodating, but now it's a 1 star because of the cracked rim. That being said, I'll dive right in. I worked with Marvin, who seemed super cool. The only issue was, when I was texting him about the car I bought (2004 Corvette) I asked about three times if there were any issues with the car. All three of those texts went unanswered.. Finally I laid it out and told him I was thinking twice about buying because of the reviews I was reading and said that I felt there was gonna be issues with the car. He then FINALLY text back and said the car had no issues and was in great condition. Being that I was about to make a 3 hour drive from SC to Duluth GA, I wanted to make sure I would be buying the car when I got there. Upon arriving, they pull the car around for me to check out. First thing I notice is the broken passenger seat and the seat belt rendered useless. I say screw it and go for a test drive. The car drove great, except the driver dead pedal was broken, so it was almost uncomfortable to drive without a place to put my left foot. I also noticed the AC\Heat display was not working and the gear shifter had a lot of play when in drive. Along with all that, I noticed a loud sound from the rear tires (which I thought sounded like bad wheel bearings and I'm getting those checked out tomorrow). I pulled over into a parking lot and inspected the tires to find out that the rears were cracking pretty badly. Marvin did call his manager and they gave me $500 bucks off, which is crap (because he told me they get tires at cost, so my options were to take the $500 off and buy my own, or bring the car back to have them put them on, which I'm 3 hours away so that's not happening) because I ended up paying over $1,200 bucks for all new tires.. (Noticed when I got home that the front tires had 2 different brand tires on them with 2 different tread patterns!!) I still decided that these were easy things to fix and that I'd buy the car. After my purchase, (it had gotten dark) I turned the headlights off to drive home and the driver side didn't open.. So I had to drive home 3 hours in the dark with only one headlight! I had to stop for gas and upon arriving at the gas station and going to fill up, I noticed the gas cap wasn't even the right one for the car. The Corvette uses a two-prong cap that fits in and half turns to click. The gas cap on this car was threaded and wedged in, which also made the check engine light come on for EVAP issues. Also on the way home, the passenger headlight was literally flopping around and almost flew off, along with the tire pressure monitor sensor coming on. Upon inspection at home, the passenger headlight was being held on with an aftermarket screw that was screwed into a broken piece of plastic that acted as a nut. Also after my home inspection, I noticed the handle to remove the airfilter housing was broken, the mount for the heads up display is broken and can't be adjusted and just a week after owning it, the turn signals are now intermittent because of a hazard switch issue. Anyways, needless to say that when Marvin told me there was nothing wrong with the car, he lied. He said he didn't really even look at it that much until I got there which is completely what I was trying to avoid.. For a car with only 60k miles on it, it seems like it has been put through the ringer. I just hope the engine and tranny are in better shape than the rest of the car. Also it has new paint because I can see the overspray on the headlights, which leads me to believe the front end might have been damaged at one point since the headlights were messed up. Again, very nice people that work there, but just be extra cautious if you're considering buying a car from them. For the issues this car had, I feel as though the manager could have done a lot better than only offering $500 bucks off. More

My husband and I had a very good sales experience with Hank Baldridge. He had the car ready for our inspection at the appointed time, answered all questions we had and was no-pressure when it came time to Hank Baldridge. He had the car ready for our inspection at the appointed time, answered all questions we had and was no-pressure when it came time to learn more about the car. In the end, we decided not to purchase the car, but, our sales experience with Hank was EXCELLENT. He was a good match for us. Low key, there to answer questions when we had them and extremely polite. Thanks, Hank. More

Carma Automotive group purposely did not fix some of the issues with the car before delivery. Unfortunately I signed documents stating that the car is sold where is as is no warranty. The car arrived and Immediately alarmed with TPMS errors. I didn't know what this was and went to the glovebox for an owners manual. They did not include one. I googled the tire pressure monitor and felt it was safe to drive - two of them are not working.. Wrong. The car is so far out of alignment it has almost worn out the front drivers side tire and pulls to the left so hard I'm in oncoming traffic in 3 seconds. These repairs were communicated by Carma as being taken care of. I am disappointed with this dealership and the way they conduct business. During the sale the salesman(Hank) did answer each message, when communicating the failures of the car upon arrival he has ignored me. More

I co-signed for a 2011 Dodge Charger for my grandson. He had drove the car for about 3 weeks then engine light came on. They advised my grandson to bring the vehicle back and we did. David the manager tried to pull a fast one and gave the warranty company a invoice for a replacement engine for $7,805. They still have the vehicle. I have called and called to no avail. And David is the worst manager in the world. Please, please do not buy any car from these people. I’m in the process of going to Georgia Attorney General and I have already put in a claim with the BBB. Well, let me introduce myself. Shame on you David. Stop selling those damaged vehicles to us and go to a reputable dealership. Sell some real cars boy… More

The vehicle posted online DIDN'T match the the vehicle on lot. The BMW (740i) damage left riser, damaged steering wheel assembly, loud belt/ac/fan belt noise! Also, appears that MAJORITY of the vehicle in/outside the lot & annex parking lot have been sitting awhile, as many display flat tires & dirty exterior/interior. NOT RECOMMENDED for anyone looking for reliable transportation. I'm a European Specialist of 17yrs & was able to clock a LEMON right off. I WILL NEVER RETURN OR HAVE ANYONE But from this SHADY DEALER!. More

Purchased a car from Carma Automotive Group and three days after paying $10K cash, the engine throws a rod and blows two giant holes in the block. I wasn't offered nor requested an extended warranty, but surely a reputable business would help if their product completely blows up in only three days right? NOPE. Surely a good dealership wouldn't make money on a deal for a car that blows up on one of their customers days later right? YEP. It took 3 weeks to finally get them to offer to have their shop only provide discounted labor to replace the engine, but they never could tell me at what cost. Meanwhile we're out a car we just paid $10K for 3 weeks! Plus, I had a feeling they'd actually try to make money off my repair job. They never helped with ANY compensation, just an empty offer with no financial details to have their joke of a shop who clearly did a terrible job servicing my car for sale in the first place. After almost a month, I finally had to replace the engine at an expense of another $6K myself with someone reputable that actually knows what they're doing. This group got me... absolutely ripped me off, but no worries - Karma's a B! More
