Bad business practices to say the least Would give multiple negative stars if possible. At first although not greeted by anyone when entering for my appointment, I was extremely pleased with my interaction with Shelby when she came from a back office. She helped every way she could it seemed to ensure I was satisfied. But a few weeks after having the vehicle a engine light appeared on the dash and I received a call from a manager Derri, asking for more money. After reaching out to the finance company, I was told the dealership misrepresented my information which meant they got less money & were trying to recoup the difference from me but I owed them nothing. A few weeks later(on a Sunday) the same manager called again for money and insisting that I come to the dealership to redo my paperwork, that they had a new finance company. I told him that was not possible I live 3+ hrs from the dealership, which they knew when I made my purchase. I called my finance company on Monday and was told not to go back they were trying to scam me for more money that our deal was done. Now months later they did not file the paperwork correctly in order for me to register the car. My temp tag has expired and after 2 days of giving me the run around between them and the dmv only to find out it's there fault. The person claiming to be a manager Melissa, who pretended to be helpful to start & informed me this was her job, refused to speak with anyone at the dmv even when I called on 2 separate phone placed on speaker phone so they could hear each other. She told me "didn't have time for this" that "she no longer liked me" and hung up. I called back insisted on a manager that could help me , she claimed they were all busy and hung up again. Then she calls back trying to be nice tells me "there's discrepancies with my application, how much do I make" I told her we needed to deal with one problem at a time and I needed a valid tag to which she again mentioned the money they wanted and told me they would attempt to repossess the vehicle if I don't cooperate. I said you didn't have time for me so please have someone call who can help me and hung up. I did everything I was supposed to, provided everything that they asked for and now have a car I can't legally drive because they won't do their part. The dmv said the packet they received had my info along with 2 other customers ALL the info was incomplete and they cut checks for less than the fees required for titles and registration so it had to be returned. Shelby was an AWESOME sales person she deserves to be somewhere eles but everyone else encountered have been horrible and dishonest. Don't walk Run from this place. More

Carma Automotive is very easy to work with. Their cars are typically from Florida, so there is no worry about Northern cars with rust. We had been driving all over G is very easy to work with. We had been driving all over Georgia, trying to find a used car for our son in a reasonable price range, and most dealerships were priced a bit high for the models offered -- the value was not there. Carma had what we wanted, at a fair price, and we were in and out in no time. Shelby was a pleasure to work with. Their hours are extensive, making it easy for busy people to shop outside working hours. More

Bad business Be very careful about this place, you might get lucky or you might not, like me. I would say the way this place runs is borderline fraudulent. I was sold a pre-certified car which started manifesting issues on the way back home. I called the next day and was told to come back so their mechanic can take a look. He hooked it to a computer and glared at it for 20 minute with the conclusion of nothing wrong... They promised to schedule another appointment with another mechanic but never did so. After calling numerous times I finally got thru only to be told to schedule the appointment myself.... I eventually took the car to the actual dealer to get it squared out and had to pay out of my pocket. Carma Auto would not stand behind the pre-certification, they filter incoming calls, would not let me talk to the owner and do not return calls.! At the very least, they are running a shady business, however, I feel that there is grounds for legal action. More to come... More

Very friendly Walking in we were immediately greeted by Shelby, which was nice. We got the vehicle we wanted, and even though it needed a new sensor and alternator we still would purchase it because who's kidding old cheap cars for teenagers ain't gonna be perfect . 10/10 would still go there for future purchases. They sold me a car with a broken speedometer I purchased a 2010 Nisaan Altima last week. We were uable to tell at the time of the inspection and while driving that the shield to protect the dash I purchased a 2010 Nisaan Altima last week. We were uable to tell at the time of the inspection and while driving that the shield to protect the dashboard was missing. Along with the missing screen we could not tell that the speedometer was malfunctioning. That is until we were stopped by a cop and informed that we were traveling at a speed 20 miles higher than what the speedometer read. The officer pointed out that the needle started way below the zero mark which causes a safety issue as there is no telling when it may give out completely. We thought we were doing 60 but we were actually doing 80. The car way purchased on Friday. Two days later we were stopped . I contacted Carma immediately and informed them. They are not taking any responsibility!! I am so disappoint as the sale person (Gary) SEEMED to be very honest. I specifically spoke in length about regarding my need to find a safe and reliable car for my son to drive back and forth to college. I feel extremely taken advantage off! Now I am back a square one and out of a great deal of money!! I plan to post my issue on Youtube, face book, twitter the BBB and any other places in an effort to insure that thousands see it and stay far away from this company! UPDATE: I received a call from an executive at CARMA stating that he wanted to help me with this issue. I spoke with Derri and Terrance who advised that they were going to have the car looked at for this issue as well as the fact that the check engine came on while my son drove home from school. The auto shop advised that the cluster needed to be replaced and that the Mass airflow sensor needed to be replaced. When I purchased the car I was advised that I was getting a 3 month warranty with it. (which is WHY I purchased that particular car. Went they gave me the number to contact the warranty I was told that I was not in their system. I call CARMA back and spoke to Derri who told me that because they discounted the car they took away the the warranty. Thats funny because I wasn't told that when I called to get the number!!!!! I was never advised at the time of purchase that the warranty was being removed. As a matter of fact Gary the sales person made sure I had the warranty when I left!!! I am STILL waiting for them to activate my warranty!!! After conversation with Derri he agreed to split the pricing for the cluster and the sensor. We put the car in the shop paid our half and got the car back with the SAME cluster and a car that broke down on the side of the road. I called to speak to Terrence tonight and was disconnected. I am more than Disgusted!!. I have already notify my lawyer and she feels that we have a strong fraud case. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I have already filed with BBB and will be posting to every and anyplace that review or recommends car dealerships. More

good cars a a great price. I found the car I was looking for listed for $1500 to $2500 cheaper than anywhere else.
