Very friendly Walking in we were immediately greeted by Shelby, which was nice. We got the vehicle we wanted, and even though it needed a new sensor and alternator we still would purchase it because who's kidding old cheap cars for teenagers ain't gonna be perfect . 10/10 would still go there for future purchases. They sold me a car with a broken speedometer I purchased a 2010 Nisaan Altima last week. We were uable to tell at the time of the inspection and while driving that the shield to protect the dash I purchased a 2010 Nisaan Altima last week. We were uable to tell at the time of the inspection and while driving that the shield to protect the dashboard was missing. Along with the missing screen we could not tell that the speedometer was malfunctioning. That is until we were stopped by a cop and informed that we were traveling at a speed 20 miles higher than what the speedometer read. The officer pointed out that the needle started way below the zero mark which causes a safety issue as there is no telling when it may give out completely. We thought we were doing 60 but we were actually doing 80. The car way purchased on Friday. Two days later we were stopped . I contacted Carma immediately and informed them. They are not taking any responsibility!! I am so disappoint as the sale person (Gary) SEEMED to be very honest. I specifically spoke in length about regarding my need to find a safe and reliable car for my son to drive back and forth to college. I feel extremely taken advantage off! Now I am back a square one and out of a great deal of money!! I plan to post my issue on Youtube, face book, twitter the BBB and any other places in an effort to insure that thousands see it and stay far away from this company! UPDATE: I received a call from an executive at CARMA stating that he wanted to help me with this issue. I spoke with Derri and Terrance who advised that they were going to have the car looked at for this issue as well as the fact that the check engine came on while my son drove home from school. The auto shop advised that the cluster needed to be replaced and that the Mass airflow sensor needed to be replaced. When I purchased the car I was advised that I was getting a 3 month warranty with it. (which is WHY I purchased that particular car. Went they gave me the number to contact the warranty I was told that I was not in their system. I call CARMA back and spoke to Derri who told me that because they discounted the car they took away the the warranty. Thats funny because I wasn't told that when I called to get the number!!!!! I was never advised at the time of purchase that the warranty was being removed. As a matter of fact Gary the sales person made sure I had the warranty when I left!!! I am STILL waiting for them to activate my warranty!!! After conversation with Derri he agreed to split the pricing for the cluster and the sensor. We put the car in the shop paid our half and got the car back with the SAME cluster and a car that broke down on the side of the road. I called to speak to Terrence tonight and was disconnected. I am more than Disgusted!!. I have already notify my lawyer and she feels that we have a strong fraud case. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I have already filed with BBB and will be posting to every and anyplace that review or recommends car dealerships. More

Great way to drive away HAPPY! Shelby was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted. The entire test drive and sale was a very pleasant experience. We were using a debit card with enough money to cover everything but pin # messed up. Since it was getting late and the bank wasn't cooperating Carma manager waived the credit card processing fee. That was so nice! We are thrilled with the Kia Sedona and very, very pleased with the price! More
