Great We drove 3 1/2 hours to the dealership and it certainly was worth it! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. This place is awesome This review is long overdue!! However, I'm happy I waited to it bc I had time to get to know my vehicle and see how well it runs. I haven't had any issues with my car and I came a few hundred miles away for this specific car. It's proved road worthy. I felt welcome the moment I stepped in the dealership. Horrible Experience I purchased a 2011 BMW 740i from this dealership for my mother as mother's day gift. Although the car runs pretty good we noticed a chip in the windsh I purchased a 2011 BMW 740i from this dealership for my mother as mother's day gift. Although the car runs pretty good we noticed a chip in the windshield during the test drive with sales lady Shelby Bartlett. She pretended as if she wasn't aware of the damage. I asked her during the test drive and again during the negotiations if the 3 month (3000 mile) BMW factory warranty would cover the replacement windshield. She went to ask her manager when we got back from the test drive and came back stating it was covered. We took the car to the dealership and they advised this was not included in the warranty and it could be filed with the car insurance carrier. This of course causes me to have to pay the deductible. I called back to question why was I deliberately given this misinformation during the sales transaction and Shelby flat out lied telling her finance manager Derri Morton that she never told me the warranty covered the damage. The manager was completely nasty to me and aggressively argumentative when I asked him to stand by what his sales rep told me. He kept referring me back to the paperwork and at one point accused me of communicating threats in order to deflect the situation. To add insult to injury these people did not even make sure this car had a decent set of tires before selling it. The rear tire completely blew out from the inside of the rim on our way back to NC. At one point I had made up mind to leave and continue shopping elsewhere. Shelby chased us down as we leaving, called multiple times and had her manager to texting my cell phone begging me to by this car. Stay FAR FAR away from these people. My experience was that they are liars and do as little maintenance as possible to their vehicles. They are small private owned company that cannot afford to properly condition their cars prior to selling. It seems as though they just want some quick cash versus having satisfied consumers. Even though I was there is greater power that will handle these type of people. In conclusion I will end with Romans 12:19. Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.” More
