I purchased a car over 2. 5 months ago and we have still not received our tag. We are paying for a car we can not legally drive because they sold us a car with a lien on it. I have called numerous times to find out when this situation will be resolved. When I do actually get someone to call me back they just keep asking for more time. I have tried to be understanding but I just asked they keep me updated. It has now been two weeks since the extended tag expired. I am having to borrow rides to be able to get to work. I have already spent $2000 between down payment and two monthly loan payments on a car we cannot legally drive. I want a real resolution not excuses. More

Dealer staff was very professional . Getting them to reduce the dealer profits in term of their fees has been a challenge.
