Horrible experience, buyers beware, they try to charge the highest doc and dealer fees ever, they take your trade-in but don’t pay off the lien, even though FL requires them to do so in 10 days, and on my the highest doc and dealer fees ever, they take your trade-in but don’t pay off the lien, even though FL requires them to do so in 10 days, and on my way home I discovered 2 rims were bent on the car. They said to fix it and they we reimburse me but I’m still waiting. I asked for final copies of my paperwork, but they refuse to send it. They are horrible! More
