Bought a 2020 Certified Corolla. Turns out none of the damage was repaired correctly. There is hidden damage. Now five months later I'm finding missing parts and bad repairs and Carlson is putting all blame on the previous customer. I'm sorry but the previous customer isn't responsible for the 160 point inspection YOU lied about. Carlson Toyota does NOT actually inspect their certified cars. Checking boxes on the inspection sheets that don't even apply to the vehicles being inspected. More

Apart of the sale/agreement was fixing my backup camera….we brought my car in on 2/6/2023. The backup camera wasn’t fixed told it was but still doesn’t work. Then well my car was in for this said “backup camera fix” they found that there was a leaking oil. They said that they needed to fix this and that they would, okay great. 4/31/2023 my car completely xxxx the bag and doesn’t work, we check what we can…. oil leaking again? That’s odd two months ago this issue was fixed. We brought it to a RELIABLE mechanic who knows what he is talking about and guess what…. I have to replace an engine on a car I have had four months. AND come to find out the engine in my car was RECALLED, I was NEVER made aware of this. I got this car and it had about 79,000 miles on it and currently has about 83-84. I hope you all sleep well knowing you completely sold and scammed a 22 year old buying her first car. Please be aware of this xxxx place when buying a car. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TEARS AND ANXIETY. If I could rate you a zero, I would. Dakota sold my husband a jeep for me for my birthday. It was an awesome gift until the next day there was no heat and it was -10F. Their mechanics put in a few blower motors and eventually got the OEM blower motor. Got I back after several weeks and check engine light came on, not to mention I received a car wash while bringing it through the wash because the windshield was not even attached. They “glued” it back on but I ended up having to get a new windshield installed….that was expensive and the repair shop said it was a horrible job and only 70%sealed…and rust all over in the frame of the windshield. Fast forward one week and the serious engine issues start. We spent almost 1300.00 and now since Carlson cannot seem to fix it, we had to bring it to brookdale dodge….it’s 4800.00 to fix everything Carlson Toyota did! This is so messed up. I highly suggest you do NOT purchase a vehicle from Carlson Toyota. None of the staff will answer us and they wouldn’t even take their own vehicle back. Do NOT PURCHASE from HERE!!!!! More

My wife was having a problem with her 2020 RAV4. I took it to Carlson Toyota on January 3, 2023, without an appointment hoping they could take a look at it. I entered the service area and was meet b I took it to Carlson Toyota on January 3, 2023, without an appointment hoping they could take a look at it. I entered the service area and was meet by Tyson Kerkhoff the Assistant Service Manager. I explained the problem to him, and he spent a good deal of time with me asking questions. He stated that he would make an effort to get to the car as soon as possible. From there on out the service was fantastic. Tyson got the car in, and a problem was eventually diagnosed and fixed. Tyson made several phone calls to me to keep me informed as to what was going on. Overall, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and communicated very well. This was one of the best service experiences I have every had at an auto dealership. I would highly recommend Carlson Toyota and especially Tyson Kerkhoff if you ever have a need for Toyota service. More
