Quality of Service is Excellent - Cost of many repairs High In January 2018 I was advised at this dealership that I needed a new transfer case for my 2013 RAV4 and the quote given was over $6,000.00. I was sho In January 2018 I was advised at this dealership that I needed a new transfer case for my 2013 RAV4 and the quote given was over $6,000.00. I was shocked on two fronts concerning this matter. 1. That a less than 5 year old vehicle would need a transfer case replaced. 2. The cost quote! I took my vehicle to another dealer and they replaced the transfer case with OEM parts and labor for $1,550.00. On another matter, when I was in the market to buy a new car in 2013, I had asked 3 dealers for their best pricing for the same vehicle. After musch conversation with each, I advised all that I would be choosing which dealership I would be purchasing from at 6:00pm on a specific day. I made my choice based on offers received and 30 minutes later, after buying the vehicle from another dealer, this dealer called and stated that it was too bad that I purchased from someone else, offering an additional $500.00 discount for the vehicle I had just purchased. Sour grapes and just plain mean spirited. Uff Da... More

Great customer service I’m always treated with courtesy and respect and never feel pressure to have work done that I don’t need. Today went in and the fix was so easy they didn’t charge me. But they found a light bulb out so replaced it for $11. How often do you walk out of a service center only owing $11! More
