You get what you pay for I bought my vehicle from Carlson in 2007 and always bring it back to them for any service or repairs. While it may cost more than other service centers on the front end, these people know their business and stand behind their work! If a repair isn't right - they don't dicker over more money to fix it right. Worth every nickel and I've never been disappointed - won't bring my vehicle for service or by from anyone else. More

New Highlander Vladimir and Theresa were great. The car was damaged before we could take possession, and that was disappointing. We also wanted environmental plates, Vladimir and Theresa were great.
