New RAV4 Preston made my car buying experience fantastic. Everything went so smoothly. I wasn't sure how I was going to pick up my car the next day and Presto Preston made my car buying experience fantastic. Everything went so smoothly. concerns I bought my highlander 6 years ago from Carlson. Included in the purchase was a 100, 000 mile extended warranty. My experience with your service depar I bought my highlander 6 years ago from Carlson. Included in the purchase was a 100, 000 mile extended warranty. My experience with your service department has ALWAYS been excellent. My concern , is that the vehicle has only 73,000 miles on it. During this time I have had the engine torn down for leaky/blown gaskets TWICE and an extensive ac repair the last service.. My warranty runs out in early 2019.. With the history I have had, I probably will sell/trade the car when the warranty expires...I plan on buying a non-Toyota brand car. What can we do about my concern??? More
