Took care of me in a moment of duress.. My 5 year old battery gave out, leaving me stranded in Maple Grove. I was towed in courtesy of my 24 hour Toyota Road Service agreement. While this was not a major mechanical issue, I arrived with no appointment was fit into the service schedule and taken care of promptly. What a coincidence that my wife and I had planned to visit Carlson today, to look for a new car for her. Having a dealer, close to home, that takes care of you, is an important part of what we are looking for when buying our next car. More

Good Program I went to Carlson because of the Costco program. I have never heard of Carlson prior to getting the name from Costco. The Salesman knew the Costco I went to Carlson because of the Costco program. I have never heard of Carlson prior to getting the name from Costco. Great service visit Brought my Sequoia in for 30,000 mile service. Ended up extending the Toyota Care through 45,000 miles. It was offered when I brought the vehicle in, no pressure but seemed like a good deal. And they machined the rotors because of a pulsing brake pedal under warranty. More
