Scheduled maintenance - no hassles I brought in my 2015 4Runner for scheduled maintenance and waited at the dealership while it was serviced. (Great coffee and wifi, by the way!) Brake issue Carlson got my vehicle checked out and completed within a few hours. I didn't have an appointment either. The service department did a great job even Carlson got my vehicle checked out and completed within a few hours. I didn't have an appointment either. The service department did a great job even tho they couldn't find any problems with my brakes. They made a noise at times like the ABS was applying when your on ice. Since they couldn't find a problem there was no charge. More
