Fast and Friendly Service with a Smile Over the past 5 years, I’ve always had a positive experience at Carlson Toyota when it comes to sales and service. This past week was no exception. Over the past 5 years, I’ve always had a positive experience at Carlson Toyota when it comes to sales and service. This past week was no exception. My 5 year old son and I took the car in for a 20,000 mile service appointment and we were in and out in less than 90 minutes and that included them identifying a problem with my tire and fixing it. The service tech we worked with, Jarred was wonderful. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very customer-focused even taking the time to praise my son on how patient was during the visit. As always, the waiting area was clean, inviting, and family friendly and checking out was a breeze. More

First Time Experience With Carlson Toyota I decided to research car options after cancelling my Tesla Model 3 reservation. I found the Toyota Avalon Hybrid very interesting. As a Costco memb I decided to research car options after cancelling my Tesla Model 3 reservation. I found the Toyota Avalon Hybrid very interesting. As a Costco member, I was referred to "TK" at Carlson Toyota. My wife and I made an appointment with TK. He was incredibly helpful and informative and had a Hybrid that we could test drive. We decided we were very interested, but only if we could get a specific exterior and interior color we wanted and specific options. TK told us he would search the database and let us know if he could find one. We decided to shop at Costco on our way home. As we were leaving Costco, we received a call from TK that he was able to find one car in Nebraska the fit our exact requirements and were we interested. We told him yes and would stop back from Costco. We decided to put down money to purchase that car and have have it delivered from Nebraska. We have always purchased new cars, but never before made a purchase on the day of our first visit. We also received a purchase discount that exceeded our expectation as a Costco Executive Member. Including picking up the car and returning later to purchase all-weather mats ... TK always has treated us like we're his only customer. More
