He kept me up to date with additional findings. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and they recommended replacing the cabin filter and engine filter. Hoping the small things prevent a larger expense down the road. I requested that a squeak when I back up be addressed. They determined the reason was missing shims on both rear brakes. Because they had recently worked on my brakes, they fixed it for nothing. My experience with service always determines whether I will buy another vehicle from the same dealer in the future. So far, so good. More

Install timing belt and water pump. Also had 2 recalls They took care of 2 recalls on my can and told me that with the mileage I have on my car (131,000) I should have the timing belt replaced. The Service Advisor was very respectful of an older widow woman. I was confident that what he was telling me what I needed for my car. The work was done, I'm sure as it should have been..
