Service Experience Review Scott was very pleasant. He kept me up to date with additional findings. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and they recommended r Scott was very pleasant. He kept me up to date with additional findings. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and they recommended replacing the cabin filter and engine filter. Hoping the small things prevent a larger expense down the road. I requested that a squeak when I back up be addressed. They determined the reason was missing shims on both rear brakes. Because they had recently worked on my brakes, they fixed it for nothing. My experience with service always determines whether I will buy another vehicle from the same dealer in the future. So far, so good. More
