I have been looking for a Toyota Tacoma for several months keeping an eye out for the perfect model. I had some free time and Carlson Toyota happened to have the vehicle I was looking for on the lot so months keeping an eye out for the perfect model. I had some free time and Carlson Toyota happened to have the vehicle I was looking for on the lot so I made the trip. Liz greeted me immediately and was incredible helpful from the onset, while not being aggressive in the usual car salesperson way. Liz worked with my wife and I to figure our options and even in the midst of a nationwide cyber attack, Liz and the staff at Carlson Toyota went the extra mile, filled out paperwork by hand, and got us into the truck we have always wanted.
