They enjoyed his service so much that when I needed a new vehicle, my brother-in-law and sister came with me to Toyota Carlson in Coon Rapids and ask for Wendell by name. And they were right, Wendell was a pleasure to work with. Wendell asked me what’s important to me and I said cost, keeping cost low. And he honored it. Unlike the Toyota I visited before Carlson. I told them the same thing about keeping cost low. Yet they kept introducing me to all these products that shot my cost way up high. I bailed out the last minute because I didn’t like where it was going. Back to Carlson dealership. By the time the paperwork was all done for me to take my new car home, it was closing time for Carlson but Wendell was still with me to show me how to operate my new car. He didn’t make me feel rushed or bad for having him stay an hour passed closing time. He made sure I was comfortable with my car’s operations before he let me drive off. I’m super glad i was introduced to Wendell by my family members. He made my buying experience hassle free. Thank you Wendell!!! More
