In early November, I met Gerry and focused on the RAV4. One hiccup to the process was that the 2019's weren't out yet and it seemed I should checked that out before purchasing a 2018. Gerry was with me the whole time. He graciously let me know immediately when there was a 2019 RAV4 on the lot on December 10. The holidays and my kids school break impeded my car buying process, but on 12/31/18, I was able to purchase the car. There was a snowstorm, so they allowed me to leave the new car at the dealership and I took it home on 1/1/19! More
