Great Experience I have had a porsche since the early seventies. When it was time to replace my last one, I went to Momentum Porsche, my Houston dealership in Houston I have had a porsche since the early seventies. Being very familiar with the brand, I knew exactly what I wanted, which is to say, I knew how to get the most car for my money. Unfortunately that apperantely made me an undesirable customer as they prefer to sell to much less informed customers, for whom the only reason they are buying a Porsche is because of the brand recognition, and for whom BMW has now lost its cache. For me it was quite the opposite. The brand in my opinion, because of the new customer, has lost its cache but the understated quality remains unparalleled, and that is the only reason I was going to stay with the brand. Itherefore proceeded to make a national search, and found the perfect car at Hoehn Porsche. Roger Wood was extremely helpful in organizing and making the entire process of purchasing and shipping the car to me within a week. I would highly recommend This dealership and Roger in particular. THIS is Porsche?!? Incredibly bad experience on my first routine scheduled service appointment at Hoehn Porsche It took 2 weeks to get me in. ON MY DRIVE into the d Incredibly bad experience on my first routine scheduled service appointment at Hoehn Porsche It took 2 weeks to get me in. ON MY DRIVE into the dealership on day of appointment, I get an email saying it would be better to reschedule to Monday (4days later). They were apparently short staffed and had a poor selection of loaners. I replied that I was 10 minutes away. Service advisor calls immediately and says okay. Come in still. The estimate was higher than I was quoted on phone by $200. Was told it was a mistake. Get loaner car... beat on Infinity despite being told I’d get a Cayenne when I set up appointment. I leave, get 10 miles down road to work and the low gas light comes on. Naturally I’m running to a meeting and can’t stop. Then tire pressurer indicator pops on. Was supposed to get car end of day. I don’t get it until end of next day despite it being a routine service. Also they told me I needed an additional brake flush $250+. Breaks still squeak after.. assuming I got taken. Disorganized. Time consuming. Stressful. Poor communication. Hoehn Porsche More
