I went with a higher mileage car than I wanted because I loved the car so much and because I was forced to purchase right when the pandemic had impac I went with a higher mileage car than I wanted because I loved the car so much and because I was forced to purchase right when the pandemic had impacted the used car market inventory and prices were all over the place. I do not regret my purchase and would definitely buy a car from Alex at CarLot Express again - I actually returned to this dealer three times because he just seemed like an honest and fair dealer and believe me I looked around but decided I would rather wait for the right car to come in on his lot than take my chances elsewhere. He’s a great guy and very efficient, polite, and reasonable. I had an issue in the very beginning with my radiator and he fixed it right away and even offered me gas money for the trip back to the dealership to get it fixed! I’ve owned it for a year and a half now and I’m so very happy with my car, would buy it all over again if given the choice! More

Very strange experience indeed - buyer beware. I spoke with Alex over the phone. My first red flag was his reluctance to answer any basic questions about the car but, I overlooked it and made an I spoke with Alex over the phone. I am a few hours away from Stow so I provided all of my information electronically about 15 minutes after the call. Would have been happy to send a deposit - none was requested. I expected a Purchase Agreement in return which I could sign and then immediately provide payment right away. Even though he had all my data and a verbal agreement hand he sold the car to someone else and sent me an email at 2am the next morning telling me so. I don't care so much that the car was sold - but collecting my data and not providing a purchase agreement seems strange. More
