He told me that I would not find a vehicle for that year in better condition. That was a lie. We traveled to B-ham only to discover that the vehicle had many stains on the leather seats, the black on the inside doors were faded, and the dash above the radio was chipped. When we arrived at the dealer, the car had been detailed and gassed up. We signed a few papers, and while Finance worked up the papers, we test drove, and Cindee oriented us to all the fabulous tech in the new Honda 2016 including setting up iPhone calling, Pandora, and security and safety features. Freeway Honda was a breath of fresh air after Hoover, and a great new car buying experience. Go Internet Sales!!! It's the way of the future! More
Above and beyond We were travelling through Alabama to get to Florida for vacation when our transmission went out on our Honda Odyssey minivan. Being from out of town, We were travelling through Alabama to get to Florida for vacation when our transmission went out on our Honda Odyssey minivan. Being from out of town, we had no idea what we were going to do. We were able to hobble into Freeway Honda and Service Manager John Borden was our hero. He went out of his way to help us make the best decision for our situation. He helped us get a rental car for the rest of our trip, and on our way back through our Odyssey was fixed and waiting for us ahead of schedule. John took care of us like family and totally saved the day for us during a very stressful time. Their service center is also very clean, the rest of the staff friendly, and we even won $50 in a golf putting contest on the sales floor. (they actually let my wife try more than once until she made her put). Thanks again to John and the team at Serra Freeway Honda! More
