it could have been a little bit better. I had to put more anti-freeze and windshield washer fluid in. My left front fog light seems to be out according to the car diagnostics. Disappointed with vehicle preparedness upon pick up. I recently had my truck in for some repairs. Upon arrival I noticed my truck was still snow covered and not washed. I asked Alex if it is standard procedure to wash the vehicle after being serviced and he stated they didn’t have an on-site system to wash vehicles. Ok, no big deal. I then inquired if snow removal was not standard protocol too and he states “I guess the truck didn’t move since the Saturday snow fall.” It isn’t a big deal to clean the car off for me but if another patron may not have the abilities to clean it off. I talked with Jason about the incident too. Very understanding and appreciated the feedback. More
