We were able, with the help of the AAA recovery driver, to get the car to Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC, on 23 December, telling them that we could wait until after Christmas to get it back. Fortunately, they had the part in stock and, to our surprise, had the car ready for us within four hours. THAT is real customer service, and kudos to Karen McBeth for her superb efforts. We knew, however, that she was superb, as we have been dealing with this dealer since 1995. Their service performance could be a model for every car dealer in the country. More
