Estimated time to complete work was too long I dropped off my truck for recall work shortly after 9 am one day and was told it would be ready by noon. I left in my other car to run an errand and I dropped off my truck for recall work shortly after 9 am one day and was told it would be ready by noon. I left in my other car to run an errand and go home. When almost home around 10 am, I was called and notified that my truck was done. Had I known that it was really going to be less than an hour, I would have waited at the dealership instead of having my spouse following along with another car. The original estimate I was given over the phone was even longer than the 3 hour given to me at the dealership. More
