NIGHTMARISH DEALERSHIP - STAY AWAY!!! I am 80 years old - you will see later why I mention that - and I was interested in a used Cadillac DTS they had just listed. A saleswoman named Sydne I am 80 years old - you will see later why I mention that - and I was interested in a used Cadillac DTS they had just listed. A saleswoman named Sydney Bortz was made aware I would be coming from MD to PA to see the car. After about a week, I was told the car was "ready to be seen" so I made the nearly two-hour trip only to find that, while the car was "ready to be seen," it was NOT ready to be SOLD! Parts were on order but no mention was made of that prior to my making the trip - in fact I had clearly been told the car had been through the service department. They expected me to have to drive back-and-forth to Carlisle TWICE to buy the car! I got there around 11 am. Despite the car not being ready for sale, a manager, Mike Krupski, and I came to an agreement. Mistakes kept being made on the paperwork - it took three full tries before they even got my name right on the contract! Then there was this ridiculous confusion over the check I planned to use to purchase the car - I won't go into that except to say that they kept hemming and hawing over accepting the check and kept me there for SEVEN-AND-A-HALF HOURS - for reasons still unclear. By now, it was after 6:30p.m. and I had had it. I was so frustrated and upset I couldn't be there another minute. I was forced to drive home at night, in heavy traffic, and in a snow/ice storm that had started. When I got home 2.5 hours later I was so stressed and upset I was literally shaking. Oh, did I mention that they never did let me BUY THE CAR?!? They insisted I put a $500 deposit down and return the next day to complete the purchase! Utter incompetence, inept staff, and ridiculously incomplete information on their end. The next day my son got me the cashier's check they insisted on. But I was so rattled and angry by the events of the day before I changed my mind about doing business with them. It was truly a car-buying nightmare. I would avoid this dealership at all costs! An utter horror of a car dealership! You've been warned! More

Excited to finally get our Yukon!! Tom, our salesman, was nice, but you could tell that he was fairly new in his role. Michael, the manager, was absolutely awesome to work with! But A Tom, our salesman, was nice, but you could tell that he was fairly new in his role. Michael, the manager, was absolutely awesome to work with! But Arlin, was by far, absolutely FANTASTIC!
