Pretty Good Experience, could have been better. The process was very fast. I would recommend them but that being said, I feel like some things were missed. We would have taken Gap insurance but if wasn't mentioned and we did forget to ask. We were not allowed to do a test drive because of the Covid-19 problem. A test drive would have been nice. Also, with the covid-19 problem, they did not go over the vehicle with us at all. We never did meet the sales person. We would have liked to. With this being said, we would buy from them again. More

Zip Zop I had a mew truck! Due to COVID-19 parameters this was the fastest "closing" of any type we have ever been to. Sydney was on top of all the details of the trade in and Due to COVID-19 parameters this was the fastest "closing" of any type we have ever been to. Sydney was on top of all the details of the trade in and purchase, via internet and phone, so that everything was ready when we showed up for our 1:pm appointment. Arlin had all the paperwork we needed to sign ready so we spent only about 20 minutes in the showroom. Unfortunately we were not able to have any one on one time with Sydney going over all the gadgets in the new truck but we are slowly figuring things out. We put a little over 200 miles on the new truck that afternoon, great ride! Thanks to all at Carlisle C. B. G. we enjoyed the transaction. J & B More
