This dealership was great in handling the purchase of my 2019 Yukon XL Denali. They gave me top dollar on my trade-in. They even worked with me on the price of the Yukon. During negotiations, I was skeptical that they would be able to get the monthly payment I wanted. I was ready to walk away when my salesperson was insistent that he check with finance to see if my price was possible. I'm glad my salesperson, Scott Clayton, was there because I almost walked away without this vehicle. We weren't able to get my price, but we did negotiate something in the middle. He was professional, personable, and friendly. I can't say the same about most sales people, especially in the auto industry. But Scott went above and beyond in his sales approach, and I am 100% satisfied with my experience. Word of wisdom: stop doing the monopoly "give-aways", and any other similar marketing gimics - it clearly stresses your customers and even your own sales personnel. It does more harm than good, especially if you are telling people they are getting 5k, but actually only get some garbage ear buds from CHY-NA. I'd be willing to bet it does little, if anything, to improve business. Regardless, Scott was awesome and I'd definitely do business with him again! More

It was necessary to bring the vehicle back to the dealership several times as the concern was intermittent and did not necessarily present diagnosis.
